What is your shipping time?
2 to 4 business days for UK orders.
4 to 7 business days for international orders.
Are your wigs Glueless?
No, none of our wigs are produced for the intent to be glue less. However, our closure wigs can be used as glue less wigs when installed correctly.
I can’t find my tracking number?
All orders should have a tracking number once processing has been confirmed via your email address used at checkout. If you don’t receive one, please email monameehairuk@outlook.com ASAP to receive an update on your order.
Do you offer order collections?
Yes we do on selected products. If you would like to collect an order please DM our Instagram @monameehairuk or email us at monameehairuk@outlook.com to arrange collection or same/next day delivery. (UK addresses only)
